OBSCENE BABY AUCTION ALL DAYER, LEEDS SATURDAY JULY 17TH

Here is a massive gig to celebrate the release of the next Obscene Baby Auction record. It is a compilation featuring exclusive tracks by all the bands listed below plus Soeza of Bristol who are fucking ace.

The Unit Ama - greatest deconstructed riff mental rock in the UK and beyond. Hypnotic super talent from North East

Lords - Notts based blues mash like Golden and Beefheart with just two guitars and drums from members of Wolves of Greece.

This Aint Vegas - Sunderland power indie like a Brit answer to Dischords best output.

Little Girl with Cherries - Female dominated math-rock. You what? Good fun mega-interest riffs and non-vocals from Notts.

That Fucking Tank - members of Kill Yourself doing two-piece death disco.

Monster Killed by Lazer - More riffs than all the best bands in the world put together. Like jazzed up Melvins with Black Sabbath bass from Leeds.

Mcwatt - Double bass and accordian and flute all played at various times in the set by a man and a woman to make sweet sweet grown-up core.

Unpleasants - child-core Leeds one man action with Laptop and dinky keyboard. Sounds like Jewish wedding music and music box fuck ups.

Isambard Kingston Brunel - might have one member replaced so its more improv but essentaily quite epic tape manipulation and keyboard noise from York/London brother duo.Plus Baby Auction DJs, Games, Food, Women, Drugs, Men and free entry into the post-gig Nintendo and Table Football league at house of the Obscene Baby Auction.
